Free Introductory Meeting
I offer a free 20-minute Zoom session for potential clients. This isn’t a therapy session, but a chance for us to meet, discuss your needs, and answer any questions you may have.
If you’d like to arrange this introductory call, please email me and I’ll get back to you with available times.
Your First Session
If we decide to continue working together, we’ll create a clear therapy agreement. This includes:
- the confidential nature of our sessions
- our commitment to weekly meetings
- and the cancellation policy
Consistency is important in therapy. For that reason, sessions are usually held once a week, either in person in Brighton, online via Zoom, or a mixture of both.
Session Details
- Length: 50–60 minutes
- Fee for Individuals: £75
- Fee for Supervision: £75
- Psychedelic Integration 4 x 60 minute sessions: £400
- Concessionary rates: available where possible
I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If a session is cancelled with less notice, the full fee is payable. I’ll always do my best to offer an alternative time where I can.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. I offer therapy both in person in Brighton and online via Zoom. Some clients choose a mixture of both, depending on their schedule and needs.
What happens in the free 20-minute introductory call?
This call is an informal meeting where we can discuss what brings you to therapy, your needs, and how I work. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and see if we’re a good fit.
How often do we meet?
Sessions are usually held once a week at the same time. This regularity helps create consistency and depth in the work.
Can I change or cancel a session?
Yes. I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel with less notice, the full fee will be payable. I’ll always try to offer an alternative time if I can.
Do you offer reduced rates?
I offer concessionary rates when available. Please feel free to ask about this in our introductory call.
How long will I need to be in therapy?
There’s no set timeframe. Some people come for short-term support, while others choose longer-term therapy to explore deeper themes. We can review this together as we go along.
